Hell Yes

IF IT'S NOT A HELL YES, it's a no.

Never before has this resonated so deeply with me. After seriously overbooking myself, I realized something needed to change for me to maintain my business standards, my schedule and my sanity.

So for the first time, I've started saying No to projects that don't feel like quite the right fit. Because a No to one thing is a Yes to something else.

I had serious guilt over turning down a potential client this week, telling myself I should take the job even though I knew it wasn't right for me. But then I realized that the hours I would spend shooting, editing and planning could all be spent doing something else that would have a bigger impact on my business and positive impact on my life.

Here's to the Hell Yeses!
